To all members,

We are delighted to launch a new admin tool called Love Admin! Love Admin will enable the club to centralise all our administrative tasks such as registrations, subscriptions, payments, accounts and events into one hub. This will help reduce the considerable time taken to manage these tasks and help us concentrate on growing the club.

In order to integrate Love Admin into the club we need to make some changes to the registration and payment processes. Below you’ll see the new subscription types, please choose the one which applies to you and use the link to complete the form. At the end of the form you’ll be directed to complete a new direct debt payment with a choice of two payment options:

Payment In Full – pay the amount owed in full for the season

Monthly Payment – pay the amount owed in 8 monthly instalments

We are aware that a large number of you have made payments over the summer months on the old payment scheme and we’d like to say a massive thank you for continuing with these, especially during what has been a difficult time for many. Your continued support has helped us to keep the club running and set us up for the season ahead.

In light of the new changes please cancel any current standing orders you have with us to ensure you are not over paying. You can claim any overpayments by emailing our Registration Secretary and Treasurer using the link HEREplease ensure all details within the email are completed and ensure you request all refunds by 31st October 2021.  Alternatively, if you would like to gift your over payments to the club please take no action and any remaining funds after the close date will be retained, thank you in advance to those who take this option. Please bear with us when requesting refunds as this will be actioned over the next few weeks.

We want to ensure an inclusive offering is open to everyone, if the membership options outlined above are not working for you, whatever the reasons, please raise this with your coach in the first instance. We are fully welcoming of all scenarios and happy to discuss these as they arise.

What are the new membership options?
The membership options available are…
Junior Individual Club Membership
Individual players in the U7-U18 age group who are involved with training and weekend matches.  The cost of this membership is £135
Senior Individual Club Membership
Individual players in the Open Age group only who are involved with training and weekend matches.  The cost of this membership is £135
Family Club Membership
Families with two or more players in any age group where all players will be involved with training and weekend matches.  The cost of this membership is £200
Family Club One Child Training Only Membership
Families with two or more players in any age group where one child player is training only (not involved with weekend matches) but the other player(s) are involved with training and matches.  The cost of this membership is £185
Under 6 Development Squad Membership
Individual players in the U6 and below age group only. We are not charging a registration fee for these players but we ask that you join the 100 Club which is £5 per month. Once registration is complete you will automatically be entered in the 100 Club draw. Please see further information on the 100 Club below.
Social Membership
Individuals who are not part of teams/training/matches but would like to join our club as a social member. The cost of this membership is £25

How will I know my new membership has been set up correctly?
You’ll receive an e-mail notification once the process is complete along with login details so you can set up an online account on Love Admin.

What if I complete a membership but need to amend at a later date?
You can log into your Love Admin online account to update any membership information.  For any changes that can not be made by your permissions please contact rick@ryburnunited.co.uk

What if I start to complete the registration form but get timed out online?
We will receive a notification that you have started to complete the registration but it has failed. Someone will contact you to advise this has taken place so you can repeat the process in full.  Please note if you time out before entering any payment details the registration process will not complete and a new form will need to be started.

I’m not sure which age group my children are in?
Please speak with your coach in the first instance or contact rick@ryburnunited.co.uk for further details

Is there a separate membership for male and female players?
No, please use the new memberships options for registering a male or female player

Will the Family Membership options take me onto another registration page after I’ve completed the 1st player details?
Yes! Once you have completed the details for the 1st player in the family membership, the form will automatically take you to another form which has kept the same personal details as the 1st player (surname, address, contact details), apart from the players name and date of birth. You can then complete the form for the 2nd player in the family and so on.

What are the new payment options?
We are offering two payments options going forward…
1. Payment In Full
When you complete the registration form you can choose to pay the amount in instalments, please choose ’No’ for this option. You will then be taken to a direct debit form to complete your payment.
2. Monthly Instalment
When you complete the registration form you can choose to pay the amount in instalments, please choose ‘Yes’ for this option. You will then be taken to a direct debit form to complete your payment. Payments will then be taken from your bank over 8 equal monthly instalments. For example if you set up a Family Club Membership you will pay £25 per month for x8 months (8 x £25 = £200)

What date will the direct debit payments come out of my bank account?
When setting up a new direct debit the monthly payment date will be the same day as you completed the form. For example if you complete the direct debit form on 17th August your payment date will be 17th of each following month. Please note the payments take approximately 8 days to clear at the bank so the actual payment will be on or around 25th (or 8 days from your registration date).

Can I change the monthly payment day to a day of my choice?
No, I’m afraid we don’t have that option when setting up direct debits.

Can I pay by cash/cheque?
Ideally we’d like you to choose one of the options above because after the registration you will be taken straight to a direct debit form to complete payment with your bank. This will help to reduce administration and ensure we have an audit trail of all payments. If you can’t pay by one of the two options please contact rick@ryburnunited.co.uk to discuss.

Can I keep paying with my current standing order?
No, we are asking you to cancel any current standing orders for previous memberships and start a new membership on Love Admin. You can easily cancel your current standing orders by contacting your bank.

I’ve been paying monthly over the summer, am I owed a refund?
In order for us to check, please use this link and complete ALL the details required. We will then look into your query and refund any monies owed. Please note that if we do not hear from you by 31st October 2021 we will assume you have gifted the money back to the club.

What is the 100 Club?
The 100 Club is a monthly draw where you pay a monthly fee of £5 and in return you’ll be given a number. Each month the club draw two numbers out at random, the 1st number out receiving £150 and the 2nd number £50. Anyone can join the 100 Club and its not just for U6 Development Squad.

What if I leave the club?
Please let us know as soon as possible so we can update your details on the system and stop the direct debit payments.
